Compassion is at the core of healing, which is why it was the spirit of compassion who first spoke to me when I was four years old and still does every day,
so that I could give people the information and support they need to heal.
Without compassion, we can't fully understand suffering, and we need to understand it to be able to fully heal, both individually and as a race.
If you're unwell and you've been struggling with an illness, a chronic illness, a chronic disease, a condition of some kind or symptoms, doesn't it feel good when someone cares?
Doesn't it feel good when someone offers a little bit of kindness and compassion?
And if you're not one that has experienced that along your hardships in your journey, it will come.
It's on the way.
One way or another, it will come and you will be able to receive it.
And you will feel that.
And when we give out compassion to others, they feel the same way.
They really do.
Without compassion, we can't understand suffering.
There's just no way.
There's no way to connect the dots.
Compassion is the understanding of the suffering.
The suffering not only on the planet, but the suffering we go through, the losses, everything
that we've dealt with along the way, all our trials, all our difficulties, all our challenges,
all the responsibilities that have been forced upon us.
Compassion is ignited from all of that.
And we shouldn't get hard.
Our hearts should not get hardened from it.
They should only become records of this information.
You see, what happens is compassion is a record inside the heart.
Any compassionate act you do gets recorded in your heart forever.
The record stays there for eternity, even after we pass on.
So when we pass on and we cross over and we enter into heaven, our heart record comes with us.
even if our physical heart stayed behind.
The record is documented forever,
for a soul's eternity.
And so everything that we do,
we build on that heart record.
We really aren't as full without it.
There are people out there that don't have a lot of compassion.
You probably know someone maybe that doesn't.
Maybe that someone will have compassion later on,
their life or down the road. So there are people that don't have compassion all the way to the end
either, where they don't receive any or build upon it. And they don't give out any. And it's very sad.
You want to build on that record. You want to build on it every day. You want to build your
compassion. Love is soulless without compassion. It's actually soulless. Without compassion,
love is very weak and very soulless. And the love of God is filled with compassion
to the highest extent. We want to take advantage of compassion. We do want to take advantage of it,
what it has to offer. It has healing. That's what it has to offer. It has healing. It helps
the body heal. It helps the mind heal. Compassion on its own is a healer and is the healer. And
people hold this. They hold it inside. They have it. They have a piece of it. You have a piece
of the most powerful healing. The most powerful healer is a part of you, or you're holding that
peace. When someone offers a kind gesture, kindness and compassion, empathy, it heals.
And so if you haven't experienced that yet, you will as you go along the way.
But build up your heart record. Be compassionate to others. I'm sure you have. You know you've
already done that. So let's do an exercise. Let's do a kindness, compassionate act for someone
once a month.
Or not just a someone,
or maybe an animal,
which is still a someone as well.
So maybe an animal.
Maybe a pet.
And a kindness, compassionate act.
It's just one.
And it doesn't have to be a big act.
And it doesn't have to be something that's so difficult.
It could be so small.
It can be maybe just saying a few kind words to someone.
That's all you need to do.
We're doing this because we want to build up that heart record of compassion.
We want to build it up.
We want it as big as it can get before we leave here.
It's an actual job.
Yes, it is.
But it's the best job there is.
It's the best, funnest, most exciting, fulfilling job there is.
Most purposeful job there is.
Is building up that heart record of compassion.
So if you say a few kind words to someone once a month,
or you do something kind for someone once a month,
it could be small.
It could be sending out a card.
Literally, that's all it could be.
A few words, saying a few words.
It could be a compassionate prayer for someone.
It can be a beautiful prayer once a month for someone.
They may not even hear the prayer,
meaning they'll receive it.
Not know they received it, but they receive it and it'll help them.
But you don't even have to let them know.
It could be a compassionate act without the other person knowing.
And you build up that heart record.
And as that heart record grows, your soul, it ages.
Not like when we think about us aging and that's like we consider that not a good thing when we age.
Now when the soul ages, it's beautiful.
It's wondrous.
It really is.
It's joyous.
And so we love the soul aging.
That's what we love.
We don't love our bodies aging, but the soul aging is amazing.
That's critical.
That's a beautiful thing.
So your soul can get aged to it from doing these acts of kindness.
Giving someone a prayer.
Saying a few words.
sending out a card
whatever that is
or same thing
a gesture to a pet
kind loving gesture
anything that's compassionate
and it builds up that record
I'm sure you've done this
I'm sure you've built up your record pretty good already
let's expand on that
because that's what we need to do
we expand on that
then your love gets stronger
your love gets impenetratable
it becomes a beautiful, strong, joyous shield.
Love, kindness, empathy, and compassion.
Your love doesn't become empty.
It becomes fulfilled.
Remember, the soul of love is compassion.
That's the soul of love.
And so we want to build on compassion
and we want to build up that heart record.
We want that heart record built up as high and good and big as we can.
So this is what we should work on.
and you take it every day, one day at a time,
and you do the best you can.
If you use this more, you use this more.
If you could only do this once a month,
if you could only do this once every six months,
that's fine, as long as we're making progress
and we're moving forward.
And the more kindness acts,
the more compassionate acts you do for others,
it comes back to you.
It really does.
It's very healing.
and if you haven't experienced it yet, it will come.
It really would.
It really will.
And you don't even have to use the word compassion if you don't want to.
It doesn't have to be used in any of it.
You see, people do compassionate acts for others
and you'd never know.
They don't even use the word itself.
You would know by experiencing it
or the person experiencing the love and the compassion they have for the other person
but you wouldn't really know the word isn't there.
And then there's others that use the word
and they use the word everywhere
but they really don't practice it.
You can do a little bit of both.
Use the word and practice and put it all together.
I'm looking forward to this because this is transformational.
This is truly transformational.
And focusing on this makes a huge impact on your life
and when we leave here for eternity.
Compassion doesn't die.
Once you've built it up, it cannot die.
It cannot disintegrate.
And it doesn't go away.
It stays there in your record.
In your heart record, which goes along with your soul.
It's part of your soul.
When you leave here, it builds and it builds.
And when you're here, it gets stronger and stronger.
It doesn't die.
It never goes away.
Compassion is indestructible.
so build up on it
as you go along
take one day at a time
just know that I feel
joy that you're doing this
I feel love that you're doing this
it makes me happy
I believe in you
I stand behind you
I'm proud of you
blessings
